- Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer your time slot to another client. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee, and repeated late cancellations may affect future booking privileges.
- Late Arrivals: To ensure we respect the time of all clients, we ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your session or adjust your treatment to fit within the remaining time. This helps us avoid delays for other scheduled clients.
